Return of the Deptford First Get-Together - January 24th 2024

Up until now we have always held our fundraising and networking events locally, but in 2024 we decided to try something new.

On January 24th 2024 we invited community leaders, charities and organisations to join us for an evening at the beautiful Leathersellers’ Hall in the City of London.

Leathersellers’ has a strong connection to the constituency via the Leathersellers’ Federation of Schools, as well as supporting charities via its Leathersellers’ Foundation.

The event was hosted by our trustees and around 40 local people joined us on the night.

It was an excellent opportunity to network and catch up with other organisations. We also raised over £700 for Deptford First. As always, every penny of this will go directly to the people who need it most

We very much hope to repeat this in future, as well as continuing to hold events in the Lewisham Deptford (soon to be Lewisham North) constituency.
